MUMBAI: Cricket and Bollywood united for the grand launch of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) Season 2, set to take place in July 2025. The announcement was made during a special screening of the new Bollywood film Singham Again.

The event was attended by Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan, former cricketer Irfan Pathan, rising actor Harshit Tomar, and franchise owners Puneet Singh and Amandeep Singh.

The first season of WCL was a major hit, reaching nearly a billion people online, drawing a global audience of over 350 million, and racking up 144 million interactions on social media. The upcoming season promises fresh talent, exciting matches, and more locations to engage fans.

In its debut season, WCL’s final was a thrilling clash, where India beat Pakistan by chasing a 157-run target, making the tournament a standout event that brought former cricket stars back into the spotlight.
